As a Certified Profit First Professional I use the Profit First method of Cash Management. I guide Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to maximise their Profits.
Having Implemented this system into my own business I am now beginning to see the rewards, so I am very excited to be able to offer the Profit First System to my clients, whether they are new, current or returning clients.
It's a very simple system that if followed by the Business Owner will work in any Business, in any Industry, in any Country.
Firstly, we will provide you with a Profit Assessment Report whereby we look at your Business Financial Results over the last 12-month period from a Cash Only Point of View (if you are a current client I most likely have this information already).
From here, we set targets of where the ultimate aim is to provide for Profit, Tax, Owners' Compensation and Operating Expenses.
The Targets will be set quarterly to gradually move towards the end target, this may take 12-months, 18-months or sometimes longer, but if followed from the start the Business Owner will see benefits at the end of each quarter, this amount will increase each quarter until we reach the end target.
I will work closely with each client that uses the Profit First System in their business, we will have monthly / quarterly reviews face to face, either in person, or by zoom calls.
I will support you all the way through the process - all I ask is that you agree to commit to follow the system, and if you do, you will see the rewards and you will get a return on your investment into my service.
I have added Profit First into two of our monthly packages (Advisory & Finance Director Packages) which you can view here Monthly Packages
